Nielson Honey Farm Texas was founded by Army Sergeant James 'Jim' Nielson and his wife Sheri as a shared vision—to create premium, handcrafted honey and skincare products rooted in Texas heritage and a deep commitment to our community. Together, they built something truly special: Award-Winning products made with care, and a mission to support honeybee preservation and Hives for Heroes, helping Military Veterans and First Responders.
